I really wanted and look forward to making this cake, since I love chocolate and this also carries three types of chocolate ... imagine it ... It's not to shoot rockets, but when you do and try, you'll like it again. Very rich!
RICA FOR THIS CAKE INGREDIENTS:
- 3 tablets: white chocolate, milk chocolate and chocolate creams to produce black.
- Base cake (can be of cake, cookies or cookie dough).
- Ornaments (to taste each).
INGREDIENTS FOR CRUST: COOKIE DOUGH
- 1 package of cookies (which you like more).
- melted butter.
- Milk.
- Liquor (me in this case I have not, but you can try to see as you know ...).
INGREDIENTS FOR CREAM:
These amounts would be equal for each layer of chocolate.
- 150 gr. chocolate.
- 50 gr. sugar or sweetener (in this case I did not put sugar, and takes the chocolate.)
- 2 envelopes of curd.
- 500 ml. of cooking cream or milk, as more you like it (in this case I added cream to cook).
PREPARE THE CREAM AS:
This development would be the same for each layer of chocolate.
1 - itch or grated chocolate.
2 - In a pan will warm 300 ml. cream or milk, you add sugar or sweetener or no and go stirring occasionally over low heat to avoid burning.
3 - sliding Meanwhile in 200 ml curd. cream or milk until thoroughly dissolved and preventing lumps (in this way you can help the blender to make it better mixing). This is reserved for the next step.
4 - Once we have the chocolate and mixed with cream or milk, add the curd and sliding previously.
5 - We'll stirring constantly until mixture is not too thick and then, already prepared pan, pour the mixture.
6 - Once we have the 3 layers of chocolate into the mold, we will put the base.
7 - We will leave the cake in 1 hour at room temperature and then put it on the fridge. (It would be advisable to leave it overnight, to take greater consistency).
8 - When we fully curd cake, prepare a dish or source to be written.
9 - Decorate the individual taste (With fruits, with grated chocolate, cream, with chocolate figurines ...)
10 - And enjoy!

NOTE: in this case, I first realized the white chocolate layer after layer of milk chocolate and finally the layer of black chocolate. Then I added the base mold.
This development would be for a silicone mold, so that when the cake is completely curdled, just have to turn around and come out whole.
