Here then, the recipe for the cake of chocolate we made for our birthday. Chachi Very, very lollipops, much to win!

Ingredients: -500 gr

flour from -250 to 350 gr. sugar (always depending on how sweet you want it) You can reduce the amount of sugar and add a couple tablespoons full of good molasses, to enrich the flavor.
-Just under 1 cup vegetable milk (as a 200ml, adjusted)
-200 gr. half cup margarine or sunflower oil (almond peanut or canola)

chocolate chips -1 packet of baking soda (for 500 gr.)
- 4 tablespoons egg substitute flour or tapioca flour or cornstarch .
- pinch of baking soda or a tablespoon of mild vinegar

pinch of salt - 6-7 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder for baking. Add more or less depending on what you want chocolaty cupcakes.
- spices to taste: you can give a touch of flavor with cardamom, cinnamon or anise. Of course it is not necessary at all: in chocolate in this recipe should be the main protagonist.
- nuts: may like also add some nuts, almonds or pistachios. Fill your kitchen

muffins!:

- sift the dry ingredients in a bowl. Also the chocolate chips and nuts.
- Melt margarine and mix with milk and sugar. Cool (if hot mix flour yeast ruin) If you use oil instead of margarine, obviously you do not need heating.
- Once cool, combine it all with joy and grace.
- Preheat oven to 200 ยบ C
- With lots of art, including a paper muffin into each muffin pan and fill with a spoonful of dough for each.

- Bake at 180 for 20 minutes or until it pierced with a knife comes out clean.
- Cool completely before serving.
